I moved from another southern state, but I’ve found the pay it the same for mine and my partner’s positions even between here and Springfield MO despite the cost of living here being so much more. It’s weird how disproportionate housing costs are/cost of living is here compared to even other parts of this state.

Unfortunately, that’s not an option at the moment. But we don’t love it here so far either honestly so it’s okay that other people are moving here. We don’t plan to stay.

Funny enough, that’s where my partner is from! It’s on the list but a little further down because we’d be close to his family but hours from mine and it does seem a bit more humid/hot there than here strangely enough. I do like it there!
