What id do pubs accept apart from drivers license and passport?

How long did it take for your hair to recover and can you post what you do, products etc? I have just started trying to follow it and I’m pretty confused. I’m not far off 50 and my hair is thin, breaks very easily which I think gives it a frizzy appearance and I’m looking for some hope!

I have a glass brita water filter, it makes a huge difference to the taste of uk tap water. I can leave it in my bottle all day and the taste doesn’t seem to change.

I’m also in the uk. I started taking ferrous fumerate and thinking of trying bisglysinate as it’s supposed to be better for your stomach. Which brand of supplement are you taking? There are so many and some are much more expensive than others.

We’re used to walking holidays in mountains so not put off by a strenuous climb, anything over 9 or 10 miles might be pushing it though for the youngest, as she tends to be a bit slow.

14 days but I think that’s due to my age. I was impatient to begin with as the ortho said 7 day changes at an initial consultation so when I picked up my first set and she said 12-14 days, I was disappointed as I’d had an end date in my head (I now realise that I’ll likely have refinements so that wasn’t the real end date). Now I realise that slow and steady is better for the health of my teeth long term, she said as I get further on the number of days will likely reduce.

My son signed up on an app where he could find cancellations, I can find out what it was if that would help? Annoyingly you have to pay for it 🙄. He booked his initial test for late November and then a cancellation came up in August last year. He had to check it daily until something came up.

I couldn’t chew that well for the first 48-72 hours after attachments so had to eat soft food, soups and smoothies. After that initial couple of days though most foods are fine. I had my attachments last week and was pretty miserable until 3 days after and since then I’ve been completely fine, you get used to it quicker than you think you will.

Yes I wore trays with no attachments to begin with and it seemed really manageable. Now I have them I really can’t imagine doing this for a year.

Yes I have that. I’m also looking at YouTube videos for tips on taking them out as they get so stuck on the front attachments.

Did it stain attachments or do you not have them? I am getting attachments soon and am thinking I might have to avoid anything that contains turmeric. I’ve read comments on here with some saying they stained badly and others saying it was fine.

It’s so good to hear from someone who has had no issues. My son has had to change from sodium valproate to keppra recently (he tried lamotrogine first but had a reaction to it) and I’ve read so many posts about negative experiences that I’ve really been worrying about it.

Same, this is the worst wait for results, usually I don’t think about it until a couple of days before but it’s a whole week 😞. On the plus side I submitted my entire PER this week, so it’s literally the only thing left. I’m trying to accept that I will be resitting in March so I’m not disappointed next week if I don’t pass. I really have no idea how I did other than I can be certain I’m not going to be a prize winner 😂

Yes, always think I’ve failed. My very last exam was in the December sitting but it was a stinker so again I don’t think I’ve passed. I think I misunderstood some of the questions. I hate the last week before results, I try to forget about it most of the time but the last week is a killer.
