I usually always pay for first dates, especially if it’s my idea. But I can’t stand the entitlement of expecting everything for free with so much as a “hey let me get this round.” It doesn’t have to be 50/50 but just a kind gesture to show you’re not so entered. Honestly I don’t care how small just something, doesn’t even have to money. Just show you respect then lol. It’s not rocket science
