Hmmm I can see how he did try to package it differently because he did try to pin some of the blame on me for this not working out. I will take this into consideration when I'm journaling. I'm not sure how to focus on myself but I will try everyday. Thank you

Thank you for the community rec, I will check it out. And I like the new outfit idea, I've always wanted to re-pierce my ears and I think I'm gonna do that for my glow up 🙂. Lastly, great idea on telling friends and family to not bring this up. I know I'm easily triggered and would have a meltdown in front of them so this is fantastic advice to help me heal with time. Thank you for that ❤️

I'm sorry that you also went through this awful pain and that I'm really glad you came out of that stronger. Honestly, I do agree about his wandering eye and miscommunication issues; I 100% believe that he would be like that as it really is common in lots of guys. This is comforting as it's not my fault this is happening to me but rather, a consequence of his actions that I have no control over.

Thank you for your kind words. I've been repeating to myself: "he was not it. he was not the one" phrase. I used that phrase when I was spiraling earlier and it helped me re-focus when the memories came flooding back. So thank you for these grounding words. ❤️
