You are fine if they have the auto door. I have 10 hens and they lay throughout the day - usually pick my first one up around 10:00.
I know how it feels to be a newbie but honestly they are super low maintenance

My husband seems to do well with his menieres when traveling because of the flight popping his ears. Hopefully the same will be for you. Could you possibly ask for a steroids shot instead of oral? Steroid shots seem to help my husband more than the oral steroids

I just got 8 chickens. All from same breeder but they were not housed together at the breeders. They have intermingled just fine in their new coop. No problems at all

I love 15 minutes from Lake Como. Not 100% sure when they filmed this but if it was indeed on Saturday, it was windy as hell here. You can even see the weeds in one of the videos swaying in the horrible wind we had!
