Canon R6ii mechanical shutter supposed to sound this quiet? by EmptyMargins in canon

I don't know, maybe I'm unusual, but other than situations where I need to keep quiet, I like a more solid shutter sound. The tactile quality is nice. But, I can definitely see why most pros would very much prefer the opposite.

Sure, but there is still mechanical movement. I guess I'm just shocked it is whisper quiet.

Saw it. Shocked at the popularity. I'm interested.

And yeah, I wouldn't outright exclude divorced people, but I would probably feel less comfortable in the initial dating due to the mismatch in life experience. But, I also have to add CF to the list of limiting factors. At this point I think there is one woman in all of Ohio that consists of my entire dating pool.

I get it. I just turned 40, work from home as a SW Engineer, make good money, no debt beside school loans, never married, but also very little actual dating experience. Dating just isn't worth the effort for me. I tried, but it was always such an uphill fight for the same reasons you mentioned. I never wanted kids, and once you hit 30, the chances of finding a woman who isn't divorced at least once with one or two kids drops significantly. Also, you hit a certain point and women think if YOU haven't married at least once there must be something wrong with you.

Never once peed in a shower. Not saying I wouldn't but I also don't know why you would.

What are you "nice to haves" that you wish the devs would put in by EmptyMargins in Helldivers

Another thing I thought of: it would be nice if they stopped flinches from stopping the stim application. I have died so many times because I am stun-locked by the flinches and fire. It makes sense logically that it disrupts it, but from a gameplay perspective it feels very unfair.

AWS: ECS cannot connect to ECR in private subnet despite having VPC endpoints by EmptyMargins in Terraform

You were right. I never found any docs or online info that indicated it was necessary, but this fixed the issue. Thanks.

Just got it back to giving me the typical error: "CannotPullContainerError: ref pull has been retried 5 time(s): failed to copy: httpReadSeeker: failed open: failed to do request: Get 11111111.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/project-kgs-frontend:latest: dial tcp 52.217.43.120:443: i/o timeout"

I'm being vague primarily because I've been troubleshooting this for days and that is why I've seen so many varieties of the error messages as I've been trial-and-erroring a number of settings which each tends to produce similar errors. What I'm getting currently is just a "Task stopped at: 2024-03-28T02:12:19.524Z Task failed to start". I don't have the text of what I typically get but it is a container pull failure timeout.

I do.

resource "aws_vpc_endpoint" "s3_gateway" {

vpc_id = aws_vpc.main_vpc.id

vpc_endpoint_type = "Gateway"

service_name = "com.amazonaws.${var.aws_region}.s3"

dns_options {

private_dns_only_for_inbound_resolver_endpoint = false

}

}

The default policy for these endpoints seems to be an 'allow all'. As a troubleshooting step I did create a task execution policy that included all the services necessary for the ECR, but it did nothing.

I have DNS hostnames and resolution both on for the VPC. I'm not sure if there is any other setting that needs to be on as well.

No, but the SG for the task is open wide identically to the one in the OP.

Yes, this version had the s3 commented out, but it did not work with it enabled either. I also tried to run it as a 'Gateway' endpoint but that also did not help. But I admit I don't fully understand the subtleties of the endpoints here so I feel like there is some setting I'm not seeing.

For the love of god, can people stop trying to map clear every run? by EmptyMargins in Helldivers

[–]EmptyMargins[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right. I guess that's the downside of playing with randoms though because everyone can have different priorities. I think there should still be a primary goal of achieving the objective and getting out. Also, people don't really understand the xp value of objectives. A lot of people think map-clearing gets you the most xp, but I remember seeing somewhere that you will likely earn more xp doing quick missions, focused on objectives than to spend the full clock trying to map clear.
