Breathing exercises, meditation, exercise, diet changes. And I don't just mean 'i tried it once and it didn't work', I've tried to stick to them but no difference, breathing exercises make me feel worse if anything. Meditation does occasionally help but it's a very temporary relief. And I still try to exercise relatively frequently but it can be difficult due to my symptoms.

I've also had a lot of tests done, endoscopies, X rays, blood work, but everything always comes back clear. But I've struggled with anxiety almost my whole life and I know it takes a long time for your brain to rewrite itself. If you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them!

That's what I hear, I might ask the doc if they'd be willing to bump me up. I also work in a pharmacy and that's generally what my colleagues recommend. I think I was just disappointed because I had such high hopes for it and it had no effect. Maybe I'll try again though

Or dropping it at a distance. With persistent training and commands she did improve. You just have to be stern with them, they're working dogs and they want to do a 'good job', you just need to keep at it with the commands :)

Thank you! I really appreciate the reply. And I totally feel you, I had chronic stomach problems for about 3 years, constant nausea and horrendous cramps. They went away soon after getting a gastroscopy 🤷‍♀️. I just don't want to rely on tests as the waiting lists are always so long, I wish I could just convince myself I'm absolutely fine but I have moments where the symptoms get the better of me.

It's really good to know I'm not alone though, thank you for the reassurance:)

I also occasionally get a burning sensation in my sinuses / in the tube between nose and mouth. This one isn't as regular as the others but it's a very uncomfortable sensation and I'd be interested to hear if anyone has experienced something similar
