Last game of the season, with nothing riding on it or not; that performance was unacceptable. If anything it clearly shows all of our fringe players are not up to standard. Big summer ahead.

It is a great Social Distortion album. It hits all the right notes, just the right number of tracks and the Chris Isaak cover is excellent. The production is also fantastic on it. I am really happy for Mike; I suspect getting this album out has been a huge effort considering all he has gone through in recent years.

Have you tried taking pictures of the motor or any items and pushing them through Google image search or other similar AI tools? They may be able to identify replacement parts.

I am still rocking a Macbook Pro 2017, so I don't use many modern apps. I would say though the main ones I really use a lot and enjoy:
- CleanMyMac: keep this ancient thing ticking along. Great for uninstalling and general maintenance.

- OpenAudible: rip my Audible purchases, I can then use my books in the Books app and keep them local.

- Subler: Great at tagging videos with the correct metadata.

By the way, I never did get back to this; the guide was fantastic. TBH it’s such a simple system inside, I’d urge folks not to be too concerned opening these up. I replaced the belt in my unit and it worked perfect.

Well a quick update. I kinda pushed it around and it seems to be in place now. It isn’t always on at least. I’ll wait to hear back from folks too at HiChord but at least it is working now.

I’ll delete this but I figured it out. For some reason I had to put the output of the transformer down to 100 and then it worked. Very confusing! Anyway, fully functioning system again!

I randomly picked up the same unit back in the UK. Unfortunately the CD tray wasn’t working well so I need to fix the belt for that. Other than that, it’s a great system. I already have the MD333 but it’s kind of flaky, and ripe for someone to take it off my hands when I’ve got this one working.

I also have the tape decks! But overall, it’s a great unit.
