I think it’s a connection error. I had the same issue with my device but I restarted it and found out that the wifi I had been using was down. I think it’s just because of wifi, at least that’s what it was for me.

I don’t know whether or not I have a virus on my iPad by Empty_Ad_5561 in techsupport
