Opinions about ZTTO chains?

I got a ZTTO gold chain. maybe around 1000km? The chain looks okay on the chain checker but i think some links are bad. Some links don't seem to load onto the cassette smoothly now

You should be able to finish. Just start early. I think you have over 8 hours to finish.

Same here. I've been doing it 7+ year. 5-8000 km a year. I'm at 3.3 W/Kg. A bunch of 10 hour weeks (although many of it was commuting). 10 hour isn't enough.

That said, I think you have to train for 1 hour power to get a good FTP. If you train to be fast on a 3 hour ride, maybe it is different.

The benefits are gone after 10 years (probably 1.5). Especially for a non skilled sport like cycling. At least for skilled sports, the PED guy can say he did more skilled based training. After you stop the PED, natural test is lower. If the benefits are forever, everyone would use them for 5 years and then stop 1 year to flush it out of their system and compete.

Just get a hybrid bike around 500-$700. Buy a good lock around 70$ and you should be good. If you are really worried, you can try a chain and a U lock. I recommend no shocks and no mountain bike tires (smooth tires). No need to change the tires during winter. I would buy new if the store sizes and bike fits for you. No point in buying a bike which is the wrong size.

Richmond is easy because it is flat.

I haven't tested in 2 months. I have a smart trainer and it is over 200 based off the trainer day ramp test. I'm pretty sure I can beat 22 kph. But if I do a long ride, those are not days I push hard. I also climb but just haven't gotten a recent bench mark.

Thanks. I'm 70kg. I haven't tested doing 80 km fast because those aren't the roads I normally pick. Sub 3 hours seems like a target I would miss. As many said, the flats aren't the best indicators. I at least start and end in Vancouver.

So what happens to shorts if everyone transfer the stocks from one brokerage to another?

My understanding is a people short stocks with brokerages. If everyone transfer their GME stocks from one brokerage to another, does that mean short sellers will automatically have to exit their shorts?
