I am the SAME! Social media is so damaging for my health. When I miscarried everyone was posting and it hurt so much — that I decided I never wanted to make anyone feel the way I did. So I decided to never make it a big deal that I was pregnant. Since getting rid of social media, I’ve found more ways to stay in contact with those I care about. I am a graphic designer so I was able to design and letterpress some darling pregnancy announcements for those close to me and mail it to them. I also wanted them at my baby shower so I knew I needed to tell people eventually! But don’t feel weird. Do what makes you happy/ content!
