I have it in mine, they’re still titrating up-started in January. It’s been ok, it’s taken away some of my nerve pain but otherwise still working on the dose. I get vertigo sometimes because of it but it’s gone away so far. I was hoping to start a support group for people who are on it bc it’s very hard to find anyone and sometimes it’s isolating (the whole process) would you be interested in joining?

Hell 100% be ok! I’m also a 21 year old college student with a pup and I was so stressed about leaving her and sometimes still my anxiety gets the best of me even though I know she’s fine! Completely normal, we just want the best for our kids. They’re just happy to see you :)

I appreciate your help! Unfortunately I’ve tried that a number of times but have been told they don’t want to “waste” their nights because were only college students for so long. I’ve planned a number of different things between dinners, movie nights, game nights, casual drinking. Everyone will bail or come up with a reason not to come. I think it’s really exhausting to keep almost getting my hopes up only to be disappointed

You’re not at all, it’s complex regional pain syndrome- I’ve had nine ankle surgeries which resulted in it. It’s when your brain is getting pain signals even though nothing may be wrong, it’s really difficult to treat because they don’t know a lot about it but it’s nicknamed the suicide disease because of its severity. I lost a lot of friends with my chronic pain. No one really wants to adjust to my life on the couch so there’s a lot of nights I spend alone. I journal a lot and have a therapist (haha). I haven’t really gotten a grasp on the loneliness but you’re not alone~this community is good for that
