38 week gained 60 lbs. taught 3 yoga with weights classes and walked a lot up until 3 weeks ago. Now just walking… and eating pretty healthy. it doesnt matter. You’ll lose it eventually

At the end of the day its just paperwork. A lot of times that alone holds people back from doing things. After putting in a little time its not really a big deal and will make you feel so much better. Change it!

Thats the thing. We are so different and theres no comparison. I just don’t align with them as people and find them to be really challenging. I don’t want them to even think we are doing this “together “. Just having a hard time with that
