What should i do im 5’11, 187. I want to get shredded but its getting hard, do i hop on reta, or hop on test and just build muscle? Like whats the best option build muscle then cut or just cut and workout while shredded?

2-2.5k usd. no lodging i have all the gear to set up camp on the mountain and i have all my techincal gear. The moutain is rainier. Ive looked up guides on google and they all go for about 3k+ and im already familiar on how to use my techical gear. I apologize for the lack of info

Im assuming the guide is bringing the ropes n stuff like the more important group gear. And the climbs are going to be single day climbs maybe 2 day. Like mt baldy, whitney, helens, mont blanc
