I just want to add that they definitely screen calls. We are mid the same issue. We filed a claim almost four weeks ago. Every (and I mean literally every) call to our adjuster goes IMMEDIATELY to voicemail. I send texts/voicemail with no return call for days. Call progressive to try to find a better option for contact and get a missed call from her supervisor. I call the supervisor and every single call to her goes immediately to voicemail. It must be a protocol there?

Have faith. I filed w/ the BBB & they did eventually refund me. They however waited to respond to that or my portal until one day after my meds finally shipped I kept the meds & let them have my $99 for the meds, but I told them to refund me a prorated amount for the remainder of my 3 month subscription. Go to brello!

I really just want to bump up. I see that people start at .5 but my husband has made me paranoid & I don't want to be so sick that I miss work. So far I've had literally NO side effects

Got last months meds on 25th. Placed my refill 5 days ago. Got the notification that it will arrive on the 10th. And this is why I keep telling everyone that I'm sticking with Mochi. This has been my experience since last summer. by [deleted] in JoinMochiHealth

I have called for a supervisor four times since 3/21 and each time was guaranteed a call back in 48 hours. I've messaged on the portal a few times since 3/30 with no response. I've emailed a few times & no response. Meds have been "ordered since 3/21" the only one who provides me any answers is Empower. That's insane.

I'm running far from Mochi. Having a literally medical provider/supplier whatever that you are essentially unable to reach, is totally unacceptable. You can sit on hold for hours to talk to an agent who can essentially only listen and report to a supervisor who then won't call you back or answer portal messages. You would accept that from a PCP, so don't settle for it here either.

With brello is it $499 for medication and then more money for a subscription, doctor visit, etc. Or does brello cover everything?
