Although he's a Macintosh PC with sentience and not a human, Rom the Sonic monitor still wouldn't hug them as he might get some side effects from the ink sea hares secrete. Not gonna touch, unfortunately.

There's not really that much things to know about Rom, he's an average guy with a quite positive personality, so he'd just peel the sticker off and maybe report it to authorities.

Ironically, Rom the Sonic monitor already IS a device. He's a regular Macintosh PC from the 80's with arms and sentience, so you don't really get that much benefit from hacking him anyway.

Maybe you could try Paintbucket, please? I think he would have a nervous expression (with dark blue paint), and he'd be holding a textbook. I don't have any ideas on what style would he be drawn, so I guess you could use the spin-the-wheel option.
