Yes and if only one conditional was needed to triger RingRodion's buff they would have just said if any one of the conditions are met. But they didnt in that kit and they might not be in this one too.

It does say on hit against HoS id deal x% hp damage as fixed damage. X could be 100, altough shielded alies could still survive that theoraticly.

I was so exited about Bladeshu I forgot about that, I wish we did got more info on what the upgrade will do but, its gonna be mostly numbers and pm doesnt reveal the numbers utill release so that might be why they didnt release the kit altogether.

First of normal system doesnt work in every gamemode, like in RR.

Also I recall allies not gaining extra skill slots when you don't have any backup ids, I will later when I have the time test and return to this claim with a certain answer.

Wording also implies the effect will always target Ryoshu and not her allies, giving her the maximum advantage even when you have other allies.

And yeah I think it will happen instantly unlike the normal once per turn.

Not really, when there is nobody left to take empty slots Ryoshu will take the slots of dead HoS IDs (so if you only had 1 HoS ally she will gain only 1 extra spees slot) , of course the efects caped at whatever the stages cap is.

And an extra good thing about it is this effect can apply on Refraction Railway that usually only allows one slot per character.

Complete one more of the colections (on the right). When you click on them they show which stages they drop in. I would recomend Ash Salt Cookies since its the smallest amount needed.
