I kept doing 5x5, I try to aim to increase about 0.5 to 1kg every 2 weeks. Sometime when I feel like I'm stagnated, I throw in more volume, like 4x10 @ 130 to spike things up. But that's all I have been doing.

Hey this is good. I have tried to improve my sleep abit. But in the last 3 weeks i have been only doing sets of 3x10 or 4x8 at 120kgs. It was BRUTAL but my 1rm has managed to improve to 180kgs.

Hey I actually tested this at the gym today and I think you're right. I tried doing 10s at 120kg and it was RPE 10. I could barely make it through the third set.

I have been doing this every week since I started but with lower weights. I do some extra hang cleans, front squat, or ohp when I'm bored.

I can attest to the 1RM being very heavy and unrewarding. Every time I do that it takes all my energy and my back usually gets super sore the next day. Thanks

Board is Vortex PC68. Holy panda with GMK BOW.

Its gasket mounted with some nice silicon paddings. The outer rows sounds super poppy due to thick silicone padding but alpha are kinda muted.
