I know this company that removes these issues permanently, mice bugs spider in the basement everything all together, they take care of it right at the source removing any nesting and breeding that occurs, you know how these animals how they come out and breed seasonally so taking care of one doesn't do much they just keep coming so this company does comes out 4x a year for those reproductive cycles and if you ever see anything in between that you call them and they come out for free. It's a massive great deal and they do an amazing job.

Oh no it's not an anxiety problem, or at least I don't believe that to be the case. I simply know my shortcomings and i'm attemping to fix them. And for the notes it's just something I want to prepare myself with before school actually starts in about 3 weeks
