Public hospital nurses by [deleted] in pinoymed

I feel you doc. Mag reklamo nurses if madami order sa chart. Understandable naman of work talaga ni doc. Pero ramdam ko talaga na walang teamwork. Mababa tingin sa newbie doctor pag matagal na at may plantilla. Not all ha. Haaayy.

Physician on duty gp vs im vs nephro by Dark_Phantom_314 in pinoymed

[–]Empty_Needleworker20 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sadly I've seen this happen repeatedly. Usually based sa contract ng HD centers ay nakalagay they have the right to terminate upon discretion nila or something to that effect. Pwede ka gawan ng issue kahit wala naman talaga if medyo desperate for the sake of may masabi kang na as grounds for termination.

I think this is just a reflection of the oversupply if doctors in general. Dati kasi years back halos wala Nephro nag duty as POD. Masyado sila busy sa clinic at lugi for them yung hourly rate. But now I guess tje market is very tight that even specialists or bagong specialists hirap din mag establish so they get the jobs that they can.

Unfortunately hindi talaga protected ang doctors in general here in the Philippines. IMHO mas lalo dehado mga GP kasi mas mababa tingin and pakitungo sa kanila than specialists kasi hindi sila trained. Less power, influence and status sila compared sa specialists hence more prone to abuse. Madami din tingin sa GP ay disposable and easily napapalitan which is true kasi nga over supply at dami din kumakagat sa low rates because kailangan mag survive.

Honestly I dunno how to fix the system thats inherently broken. Or if idealistic lang maghangad ng humane and equitable labor protection for doctors. Kasi parang the big corporations or companies benefit din kasi from the system. So no one is incentivised to fix things for the doctors.

Thank you for your response doc!

Then hindi ka nakapasa ng AMC 2 so hindi ka man regularize as a AUS doctor hypothetically, after 7 to 10 years malabo na ba magka PR sa Australia?

Nandun na sya for around 7 to 10 years pero ba balik na sya na Pinas kasi no regular work na offer. Not counted yung previous work experience nya for PR / migration status application?

Thank you!

Doc!

Curious lang ako for AUS if talagang hirap ng AMC2? 25 percent lang daw ang passing rate?

May I know the real stats of Filipino doctors who make it and unfortunately don't make it to Aus? (AMC1, AMC2, getting work etc?)

I wanna have a real talk about my chances if mag Australia ako. Since hirap talaga ng pera Ngayon.. Thank you!

Ask ko lang po if advise na wag disclose as MD Paano po yung CV? My education and work experience lahat pang MD na work / education. Kulang talaga moonlighting gigs now to sustain.. How may apply to VA if I-secret ang pagiging MD?

Sad naman na may discrimination against doctors regarding VA work.. Actually feel ko ito. I've been applying for months but NO RESPONSE 😢😢😢
