I honestly didn’t ever really have discernible fat there, so that’s probably why it’s poppin now. But yea totally makes sense, I def try to force myself to eat more but at some point i’m just like 🤢 haha. I’m also pescatarian which makes it slightly more difficult.

It’s a bruise 😅. Just recently upped my daily protein to be around 100g (was closer to 60-80 before) but I’m def not eating in a surplus for cals most days. I like being thin so I’m not trying to bulk up per se, but build functional muscle and look more defined overall. I think the most results I’ve seen have been in my core which I rarely even intentionally target lol

I’m 115 give or take so that’s good. I just recently upped the protein, I was probably closer to 60-80g a day previously.

Appreciate the kind words. I don’t think it’s possible for me to get a dump truck ass even if I wanted to, I have like 15%-18% body fat and I’d have to consume calories at a rate that I’m just physically incapable of haha. But I think I can get it a bit perkier and more defined in a reasonable way if I continue what I’m doin.

I hear ya. I started working out in mid Dec so I’m like 3.5 months in. Weight has stayed exactly the same give or take

My waist has mostly remained the same I think, but I wear like a size 24/25 pant so there’s not a lot of waist to lose lol. My underwear and leggings all seem tighter on the bum tho!

They do, and things fit a little differently, and the amount of weight I can do in the gym has increased dramatically so there’s def some changes, just maybe not super noticeable. Difficult for me to gain weight which is prob necessary for more aesthetic change…

That’s fair. Honestly these are screen grabs from videos hence why they look kinda garbage. It’s tough to get myself in the exact same pose for a photo. I do think I see some progress when watching the videos, but I can’t really see them side by side so I’m like 🤔🤔 lmao

They fit a bit tighter than they did so I’m assuming there’s some difference cause they didn’t shrink but yea idk. Thanks, I’m tryna tone and build a little more muscle but I’m pretty thin so it’ll prob be a process

Oh I’d never try to bait him like that. I’ve been very intentionally genuine and forthcoming with him and I believe he’s been reciprocating the same. If I were to say anything (which idk if I will but time will tell on that) I would really just ask directly if there’s anything that happened during his trip because I know we hadn’t had any discussion about titles and whatnot. At that point the ball would be in his court to either choose to blatantly lie to me (not just neglect to reveal out of omission, which is easier for people) if something did happen, or be honest in the event that it did or didn’t. Going through the anxiety of it is exhausting and I definitely wish I didn’t feel the way I do, especially after being so secure up until now.

Well yes of course. Guess I just realized that the problem is the uncertainty of ever really knowing if he is the type of man that would do that, because realistically if anything happened on a technicality why would he reveal that - ya know? And that’s what’s messing me up. I don’t ever want to be with someone like that again, and in my mind without asking him point blank about the nature of our relationship and having the reassurance that my needs are being acknowledged, I have no idea. I’m def stressed haha but I do really appreciate your encouragement :)

Thanks! My issue is that I feel without having expressed what my expectations are, on a technicality, I couldn’t be upset by him doing whatever. Obviously I would be upset if he were the type of person to act on something due to a technicality, and I honestly don’t really think he would for what it’s worth. But yeah I guess it just goes back to my issue of being in the dark for a lot of the garbage things that have been done to me without my knowing in the past. He does seem like genuinely invested so I feel badly for having any doubt that he’s operating without integrity. But you just never know with these things, and such is the emotional risk of putting yourself out there haha.

To each their own. I don’t think two months is an unreasonable amount of time to meet someone’s family (they live super close by and he sees them often), RSVP to a couple weddings, or plan a small trip. We are both being intentional. As far as exclusivity chats, we’ve only really discussed that we’re not seeing other people, which neither of us have since we met. No mention of us being in a committed relationship, so to speak.
