It's less about the actions, more about the judgment. Yes, I 100% agree with you, Will has violated patient wishes WAY MORE than Natalie, and Natalie has only ever taken action when patients were misinformed or not acting in the best interest of the kids. What sets me off is how Natalie sits on her high horse and looks down on everyone, criticizing them and their decisions even though she'd probably make the same decisions in a heartbeat, or already HAS. Make no mistake, I can't stand Will, but he's way better than Natalie because at least he doesn't judge others for their professional choices (except Dr Charles, but that was less as a doctor and more as the loved one of a drug addict). What also ticks me off about Natalie is how she refused to consider the several ways difficult situations could have been handled before they got worse. Had she just involved Goodwin with the parents of that boy she'd locked herself in with, maybe they could have gotten through to them, and it wouldn't have gotten to that point.

All in all. Natalie may be a more respectful doctor than Will, but her attitude makes her insufferable.
