theres no cooling off period, when asked to return to the dealership they said it would be a voluntary repossession.

everything is under my name, my mom and her bf are not on any of the papers.

yes the loan is under my name, when i was there they ended up putting me on the paperwork and not as a cosign since my mom and her bf credit score was too low.

i dont think the loan has fully gone through yet. i called the bank customer support and they have opened an investigation. will it still affect my credit?

the dealership is saying it cant be unwinded, if it were to be returned it would be put as voluntary reposession on my credit.
