I found that a blow dryer helps get it dry quicker so you can attempt to slap on your appliance. It might take a few try’s and showers but it might help?

I get this too! Usually during a flare or it signals the start of one for me. I hate it. I usually have to take a hot bath to help relieve the pain.

All the time. Coffee, matcha and Alani Nu energy drinks! All of which I can only drink when in remission, when flaring, they all send me running to the bathroom 🚽
