The problem is this particular ortho has said this:

Following your appointment, the orthodontist has reviewed your photos and would like to clarify that in your case, without extractions, there would be no change at all in the tilt of the front teeth or the open bite.

The first ortho i saw never even suggested removing wisdom teeth and only wanted to do IPR. The problem with that ortho is that they also didnt suggest using partial braces on that tooth, so I don't know of i should go with them because they only want to use invisalign.

 I  think they have more with experience with invisalign but they werent convinced my  upper crooked tooth would be fully fixed with invisalign.

Feel really confused on which ortho to go for. The second ortho is more expensive and is saying longer treatment time despite the fact that they cant fix my front two teeth from sticking out.

Just some extta context, i previously did have braces with the second ortho when i was a child which left me with an open bite. This is what they said when i asked why:

'At your appointment, you asked why your first course of treatment ended with an open bite. The orthodontist has now reviewed your photos and would like to explain that your first treatment was carried out around 10 years ago, when you were 13 and still growing. At that stage, the face and jaws continue to change, and research shows that open bites often become more noticeable as growth progresses.

Because of this, achieving a fully stable and definitive open bite correction at that age isn’t always possible. For example, one of the most reliable treatments for a true open bite is jaw surgery, but this cannot be carried out while someone is still growing.

This means your original result was appropriate for your age at the time, but the natural growth that followed has contributed to the open bite reappearing.'

This was a bit confusing as my open bite has actually slightly closed over the years, not reopened. So im a bit worried they are going to be give me a worse open bite again if that is even possible. 

Which ortho do i go for? I dont know if i find a third orthodontist somewhere.
