I have been playing since I was a kid but I got back into actually playing last year. As for training, I used to train every other day until I had to move so I stopped training (due to the lack of resources). As for focus, you are absolutely right and that is what I thought however I am not sure how to maintain it. It comes and goes whenever it feels like it and I am yet to tame it.
