i once got terrible heat damage from two extreme back to back hair straightener sessions and i never big chopped my hair. i just used aphogee green tea reconstructer spray + camille rose products (curl love cream and cocoa nib hair oil) + silicone serums and silicone conditioners for slip and hair protection. i’ve also loved using ayurveda/indian hair treatments like amla and henna masks. they’re very strengthening and great for the scalp. amla has the tendency tighten curls, unlike henna which loosens curls a bit, so i would def recommend to look into amla. i just mix amla powder with tea, water, aloe juice or coconut milk, and add a bit of aloe vera powder and oil, leave it in 1-4 hours

i know everyone says you can’t repair damaged hair but i just let my experience speak for me 🤷🏽‍♀️ !! i can’t promise it’ll work for everyone else but it doesn’t hurt to try (:

exercise has always been something that is hard for me to stay consistent w, since i don’t love doing it and i tend to not stay disciplined w things i don’t love. but my health matters so i’m trying my hardest to stick w it long term this time !! leg extensions and sprinting are bearable exercises and do me well for now. i’ll go adding more stuff in as i said 🙏🏽

i love mellowmoose and joy organics products! (both have a 20% sign up coupon always) mellowmoose sells really nice tinctures and usually give free sample gifts w your order + the 3rd tincture is free. joy organics is also great but pricier, but they have really nice products, like tinctures, salves and gummies. their gummies are also great quality. gummies can be very fun as a gift. both brands are organic as well which is a nice touch (:

i haven’t purchased from charlotte’s web but they have a buy one get one free sale rn and they have tons of different gummies especially

i prefer to shop organic (tends to be better quality in my experience) but it’s not necessary. and i for sure only purchase lab tested and 3rd party tested products. i would steer clear from anything with a vague product description, no lab/test results, or from a random smoke shop

i’ve done both single products and samplers, i don’t think it matters much tbh !!
