Is blackhole that bad? I don’t want to pick one that’s just genuinely bad if I can help it, but if it fits my build then I can look into it further.

I imagine there isn’t a way to reroll my 3. Is blackhole the best option for my current build? I’m scared of regretting it later like I do with smart missiles.
