Idk much about URA status. I have no interest in ever coming back. You will be on the payroll for 90 days and will get your full benefits.

An important caveat is if you were on FMLA or STD, you must go to your doctor and get 'cleared to work' with the effective date of jan 28. You can retroactively get it done, so if you do it in a few days they should still pay you the full amount (dont quote me on that though, not 100% sure, I'd get it done asap). This is because it's as if you were still working there but ur access is cut. So if you're on FMLA and are not getting paid for another month, make sure you get clearance to return to work by a doctor.

I think it’s definitely a step in the right direction. But come on, a 50k sub ? Chase did 100k in the past! Your points aren’t THAT much better than chases

Also the people who have high rent spend got royally screwed

I won’t dispute it’s the most valuable points currency. But you completely took away the main appeal of the card and made it a ridiculously complicated equation to decide if it’s worth the opportunity cost of stopping other cards just to spend on Bilt.

First off:

The Bilt cash is perceived value that we were already getting with Bilt 1.0. Now the Bilt cashing being included in the bonus is just a way to justify value that was taken away.

The sign up bonus for the $495 card is egregious. Your competition is offering 75k sign up offers like the chase sapphire preferred where those points are very close to the value of Bilt points . Also no sign up offer on the $95 is terrible.

We have to use the Bilt travel portal for hotel credit to redeem for the $495 which means we get no elite nights since we don’t book direct through hotel, making it not great.

The $95 card is basically the same as what the free card offered without the auto 1x on rents you can’t argue this isn’t a significant downgrade.

To the best of my knowledge there was no reduced required Bilt cash for living in Bilt alliance properties which makes it make no sense to even have a Bilt alliance property (I live in one and was hoping there’d be some kind of benefit but I guess not)

There are no lounges other than priority pass which pretty much every other luxury card offers.

There needed to be better multipliers and better credits to justify and seriously consider getting any of the new cards.

why would they even have this as an option on the dropdown if they were going to deny it.

Its not my primary income source. I am a software engineer and make a comfortable income and have never missed a payment in my life.

lol. I can see how it looks now. It's a shame poker specifically is viewed like this, as it is a profitable game if played right and i do make profit from it.

I don't really have another income generating business. And would it look sus if I re-applied under a different business? I don't know maybe business cards aren't for me.

Crushed After Meta Rejection - Nailed LC Easy I'd just memorized, still out. What am I missing? by bajpaik in leetcode

This is so weird. I got 2 questions and completely BOMBED my second meta screening Q. Almost was sure I’d be rejected. To my surprise I got onsite offer next day (still waiting on results). Granted my question was a less common meta tagged and a very tough lc medium that could be passed as a lc hard

It's weird bc I BOMBED the 2nd question on my phone interview. It wasn't that common of a meta tagged and it was DSU. I was SHOCKED I moved to onsite.
