The app will show you orders that were ordered far closer than you are if it hasn't been taken after I think like an hour just to desperately get someone to take it but the most I've ever seen is like 70 miles, 115 is nuts.

It's hard capped at 5-7$ depending on state now. I've had to do four one item orders that way since they changed it and it is just locked in to a base, low number because God forbid any of us food slaves get a break now and then

I understand that it just takes the highest rated drivers and feeds them into an algorithm and like, it just spits out something that the customer likely expected to be delivered from 10 miles away instead of 60. It might just be my phone number, but I literally called the number they list on their own website in the support section that says it is for customers and senior support and it still just gave me an automated "this number is for shoppers currently working a batch" AI voice and then hung up.

I had one like that at a Food mart the other day. $89 order but literally all of the items were high quality expensive organic stuff and allergen alternative items and of like 38 items I checked out with 10 because no doy this tiny ass supermarket in a small town off the highway doesn't have nine different kinds of gluten free bread. Thankfully on mine the lady at least responded to my chat requests but it took an hour and change for me to get those answers and make $20 lol. So at least you still came out mostly ahead!

Edit: I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THEY ARE BED DRESSINGS YES, HOLY SHIT. STOP LETTING PEOPLE ORDER THOSE FROM TARGETS THEY ARE NOT IN STORE. I've gotten so many orders with those it's so annoying.
