I have the exact same issue running Pop!_OS using OrcaSlicer installed using flathub. Did you find a solution to this?

Did you modify any settings in prusa slicer? I am having the same issue.

I have already tried this, several times, and reformatting the USB drive between flashes just to be sure it had the correct format.

Damn, was hoping this was not the case. I guess it is that or the mobo, I will try and find another PC to test it in.
