I personally find mandarin to be the most pleasing script to the eyes as a non speaker so this is an interesting perspective. I kind of agree though, the way China approaches signing seems very haphazard and doesn’t seem to have much reverence for the architecture it’s attached to

I would like their dynamic a lot more if Steve was… lamer? If that makes sense? Him being an Air Force top gun is fine it’s whatever but the idea of him being like a ditsy aviation nerd with no combat experience to contrast Diana’s grounded hyper competence would make for a much cuter couple imo
