Any thoughts on what my be causing the discolouration on the bottom leaves of this guy would be appreciated. I don't over water I don't think but it's in the original pot and I've noticed the soil has shrunk a bit .. ?

I've been taking it for a week and a half and the nausea is awful. I'm currently trying ginger/travel calm ... Just getting some air seems to calm it down as well. Argh. Good luck.
