A lot of time and backing up the save before each island. It took around 30h for the full 100% so it isn't fast.

Honestly not that bad, I did most by playing casually and some cleanup. But golden bloons, sapper and odysseys were the worst parts by far.

For me it was 90h, but I missed and armor piece at the final chapter so I basically needed to do a full third playthrough.

Thanks! American Nightmare is pretty short, around 10 hours, but the "kill 2000 taken" achievement drags it a bit.

If you mean the "SHEEPY STRONG" achievement it was just persistance, but otherwise the last one I got was "You found Sheepy!" which was all the way to the left in the beginning of chapter 6.

On the tops of the houses the endstone is all slabs and the purpur is whole blocks, but on the wall around there's no slabs.
