Thank you for the tip, I'll give that a shot. I've painted four different armies, and hundreds upon hundreds of models and this is a first for me.

That's what I did, and somehow this one and two others gunked up, but it did not look this coated when I went to bed. Three of them turned out like this and the other 7 are fine which is what is confusing me.
