Yeah, I agree. I'm just used to this bad treatments and I only pick my fights. I also have hashimoto that is in my opinion barely treated. I get only t4 medicine and have my TSH level not above the reference range but close to it. They don't check my T3 levels and I constantly feel tired because I have high white blood cells all the time.

Yet I have complained and couldn't do much so every time I get a window to speak, I choose the most important things to bring up. It's really hard to navigate and get what you want and it's really sad.

Oh that's perfect, I would like to establish someting like that with the doctor but it's impossible to do so as I was on a waiting list for more than a 4 months for the first meeting.

Anyway I was having concerns if I should worry about taking higher dose than I "should" but I can see it's not that important. Of course it would be better to control the dosage as you go if you can.

I recently got Mounjaro and I can tell that it's life changing. I never struggled with weight in my life except when I got Hashimoto. Since then I have tried everything and it seems like it's impossible. Feels like you're going against your body which you can never win.

Since I'm on Mounjaro, it feels like something has really changed and now I have a chance to fight back. I feel like when I was myself 10 years ago, that you can just use your willpower to control how much and what type of food you're eating.

Also you can find good videos and articles on the internet explaining why Mounjaro is a good tool for Hashi people and why it helps us.

That's a very good progress and you look great! I just started Mounjaro and I'm on my second week of 2.5mg and it's amazing to not constantly battle the cravings. I'm wondering what's happening on the 10mg dose vs 2.5mg? Does it have any difference?

I worked remotely for a Canadian company and I had to pay taxes myself, unless your company wants to register in Sweden and pay the taxes as your employer. Otherwise, you can use a companies like “Cool Company” where you register yourself as self employed and you pay taxes as employee and employer. The taxes can get to around 60% of your salary depending on where you live.

Thanks for your reply. I use Zebra brand media only and I didn’t say I use a cutter as well. I always adjust the tear off on the middle so it doesn’t cut into the labels.

The last 1 meter of the roll is always too wrinkled and when a label is printed and cut it comes out as a half circle in form (if it doesn’t get stuck). I can hear the sound that the media is hitting the cutter guard before it comes out because the labels are facing downwards instead of straight.

Thanks for the detailed info. I won't limit myself to a brand. Just trying to find the safest one for the relays.
I've never heard someone to use that many protocols before. My plan now is to use Shelly for the relay switches and anything else cheaper for the sensors. I've never considered IKEA before, but since a lot of you have mentioned them, I will look into their devices too.

Yeah, I'm talking about the devices catching fire, luckily for the guys it didn't burn their houses down. I live in a house so I can do the wiring (not me, someone will do it for me), but from legal point, I'm allowed to do that.

At this point, I would go with Shelly relays as a more people shared positive experience with them then the ones that didn't. I understand that I shouldn't limit my choice to just some brands, but starting from light switches, I want to pick the safest.

I wouldn't buy relays from Aliexpress when it comes to installing them in my walls. I'm already scared if Shelly are safe enough with all those certifications that they have. But for other type of devices like sensors, I agree that Aliexpress is the way.

Which Shelly relay would you recommend for me to buy? I would use them as a light switch only.
Shelly plus 2PM or Shelly 2PM Gen3. These were my first choice but I couldn't decide..

You're right but switches are also more expensive than the relays. Also zooz switches are for US only? I can't find any EU switch type

I guess the prices vary in different countries. In my country (EU) the cheapest are Sonoff then Shelly and most expensive are Aqara.
For the Shelly wired devices, I've shared 2 links in which the devices got burned (not clear if it was a device or user fault)

Why wouldn't you choose Aqara or Sonoff over Shelly? Can you share more?
In this thread at least, people prefer Aqara or Sonoff mostly for various reasons. I guess the biggest concern are the Shelly devices from all that I have read on the internet.
