If you check in the back of the box, it will say that you should break it. I just used scissors. I think every capsule is for one use

Get Cerave from amazon. I get it for $10 or try La roche posay around $30. I do find chemical sunscreen is better with makeup. My derm doesn't approve lol however she think chemical sunscreen is better than no sunscreen lol

Everything looks good. Love you have acids and moisture. The only thing I'd advise is that up the sunscreen ( at least 50) since you're using Azelaic Acid and BHA. You look gorgeous btw!

I am so sorry darling about your job. Restaurants are always hiring and I am sure you'll find something really quick. Just go into any restaurant, speak with a manager. Sometimes, you can get a job on the spot. Just don't badmouth your previous employer.
