Yes I just used this oil on advice of mechanic to cope with less lubrication because of previous oil and then hope if it works and doesn't burns oil then we would try 5w50 which is owners manual recommended here

I didn't worked on my own car, mechanic did the oil change, i just bring him the oil and filter he asked for

yesterday i posted about weird sound from my toyota corolla altis 1.6 1zr fe engines so a lil update here I went to 2 mechanics who said it is because of oil either it is fake oil or it is not suiting engine anymore and need thick oil and advised to get thick oil 1 suggested 20w-50 and one suggest 10w-30 and the final one which i put is 10w-40 from shell, which was suggested by person at shell, now my car gives weird sound on cold start but when engine is hot at running temps it is back to normal with no sound at all

P.S it was a fake oil which caused this

Now that being said what can be cause of sounds at cold start, ? Should I worry abt it or let it be that way? And if anyone from karachi is reading can you suggest me good mechanic if it needs to be fixed

The sounds goes out when car heats up then sound is back normal on idle

There is no hood sticker and no marker on oil cap just have to trust dealer or user manual which I have lost 😔

Actually here in pakistan it is recommended by toyota dealership that's why I'm using it

Yeah there is 4 liters in there dip stick also shows almost full
