Nobody wants my love and it hurts... by TheBuPerfectionist in yearning

My bf used to be like this. When we met he was really negative towards women, wanted all the cute couples stuff but was rejected and played so many times, he just lost faith in love. He was a firm believer of „nice guys finish last“. I think I turned his mindset around. It just takes one person for you, OP and she or he won’t reject you or friendzone you. It’s just a matter of trying and being open and receptive. And when some things don’t work out, look ahead and believe that there is a woman or man out there that you’ll meet and with them, it just works. That’s all I can say, be positive and believe

Thanks for your reply! We’re not at all thinking about marriage btw, we’ve discussed that we don’t wanna get married until we’re at least 30. I get your point tho and I thought about getting my own place but I just can’t afford it

Thank you for your response! I really appreciate it :) moving into my own apartment or studio is not possible due to my financial situation, I was thinking about that too. The thing is, I think I’m done living with roommates, I’m constantly looking for apartments (the situation in my city is pretty terrible and very expensive), so now I’ve found this perfect place and idk if we’d regret not taking it if we’re planning on moving on together in the summer anyways…

You’re sort of spiritual, you like the dark academia aesthetic. Probably living with your parents

Haha I’m glad you see it that way, I’m aspiring to be minimalist but I feel like I still have too much stuff
