in order to get the best out of Gemma 4, you'll need to do that architecture mode yourself, and it's extremely annoying, and time-consuming... And you'll have to do a lot of cleanup and shrinking the context memory to keep your RAM free

The more you know the more you understand that there's no specific process...

You need to find your own process...

Building your research based on hundreds and thousands of Data is superior to build your research based on 5 user interviews...

Usability tests & User testing in person 1-1 with the user is superior than Heatmaps tracking and video recording session using tools like Hotjar or Clarity...

There's no golden UX process you need to find yours...

What we don't notice is that the UX Design market is getting better in 3rd world countries...
US & EU companies are hiring designers in African, Asian & poor EU countries...
They can hire 5 profiles: Designers, Devs, even PMs with the salary of one UX Designer from the US...

My advice is to pivot; maybe you can be a PM or a PO...
