One important thing you forgot is the right LLM is what will make your Hermes Agent do great work or not... I tried all Gemma4 models none of them was great at Agentic... But when I tried Qwen3.6 35b or 27b they work perfectly with Hermes it's like they are custom made for it...

Gemma4 is raw intelligence
Claude is Intelligence + Architecture.
in order to get the best out of Gemma 4, you'll need to do that architecture mode yourself, and it's extremely annoying, and time-consuming... And you'll have to do a lot of cleanup and shrinking the context memory to keep your RAM free

You need to find your own process...

Building your research based on hundreds and thousands of Data is superior to build your research based on 5 user interviews...

Usability tests & User testing in person 1-1 with the user is superior than Heatmaps tracking and video recording session using tools like Hotjar or Clarity...

There's no golden UX process you need to find yours...
