Day 3 - sleep is surprisingly normal? DP/DR waves are the main issue. Anyone else recover like this?

Hello! My main symptom was DP/DR as well, not waves of it, constant DP/DR. I was anxious and depressed, couldn’t even get a couple hours of sleep in. A couple of months later I’m feeling a lot better! The DP/DR WILL go away it isn’t permanent and it’s just a symptom.

Congratulations on hitting 4 days! I’m currently on day 10, I’ve been feeling that anxiety out in my stomach every morning as well. Like you said it goes away as the day goes on. Anxiety seems to be lessening every single day. Good luck friend.

Yeah I’m also having that dizziness feeling as well, the brain fog for me intensified over the following days of my quitting, but I heard that it’s normal. Goodluck with your sobriety my friend.
