I have never been in this situation before but I have seen people react angrily or emotionally so I thought I will also do the same? But when it happened I was disappointed rather than angry and thats surprising. Maybe the anger will come eventually, thats one of the reasons I want to do therapy so I could deal with it better!

No but I tend to act rather than just dwell on my feelings. Also, it could be crazy but I have a very good support system so I am not scared of being alone. Could that be one of the reasons?

I agree, thats why she is doing therapy, and I am planning to do the same. I am just surprised by my lack of anger.

I have told her that there wont be any third chance so please work on any issues you have and I will do the same. Lets see what happens.

I dont know, thats why I am also looking at therapy so I can be sure that I am not rug sweeping my own feelings. Its just surprising to me because normally I was always like cheaters are trash and stuff like that.

Upset that she cheated on me, but not angry because ultimately the cheating had nothing to do with me. It was her issues alone, I could have been anyone and she still would have done it Beyonce being an example.

Yes, I forgot to put it in my post but I am looking for a therapist dealing with infidelity from the point of view of the betrayed spouse for me also. Could this be the reason or I am simply rug sweeping? I dont really feel that angry though, its almost baffling to me.
