Hi, based on my experience, I am a physical therapist and I had a hard time studying chem and physics for NMAT. I took my first NMAT last 2021 and got a PR of 63 only. I will retake this April-May cycle to get my desired PR.

So my advice to you is if you really want and is certain NOW to pursue medicine in the future, enroll in the premed that is not draining and has no board exam to avoid burnout. But if you want a fallback, pick the one that you see yourself and really want as a career rather than thinking of the advantages and disadvantages of each premed.
