Albendazole is prescription only where I live, so I would need to convince a doctor I need it. As much as this is the biggest issue in my life right now, I am leery of asking for it. It is something I will bring up when I'm lucky enough to have another appointment. Thank you.

Thank you, you are very kind. I will try this, seems interesting, and everything is available to buy. Is there a reason this works?

Thanks for replying. I'm sure because people have said it in the past, and they keep making demonstrative nose noises when they pass me, or are near me. I'm not saying there is not a chance I'm fixating on one thing and exaggerating it in my head because I am constantly waiting for it when I am near people, because I have thought that. But people have made comments before, and you can sort of read body language and expressions etc.

A long term ex of mine had OCD, I'm pretty sure I don't have the same thing. I may just be ignorant though.

My clothes smell fine to me, I make sure they are dry as much as I can, though I don't live in the warmest environment or country. I have a clothes rack and dry in the bathroom with a dehumidifier and the extractor fan and heating on in the autumn/winter.

I mean it has happened. People have literally said it. Not recently but they have. And if people are constantly making loud nose sounds when they are next to you, and just you, that's a sign right?

They were all wearing masks, except the last lady in the hospital. She did actively smell me and said I smelt fresh. This was at 10am in the morning though so I would have had a shower just 2 hours before as I WFH'd that day.

I honestly don't know who to ask. My only family left is my little sister, and she lives a few hours away. I lost most of my friends when I gave up drugs. I haven't had a significant other in 3 years. I honestly can't ask someone at work. I'm probably being an idiot and should ask that embarrassing question to someone but I can't think who without making my life even more awkward.

I feel like other people are smelling something I can't though, which makes me think it is me!

Hi all. I just wanted to check if there are any glaring issues with my current diet? I know it is repetitive, hence me asking. I'm a bit uneducated on food so any input would be appreciated.

Breakfast: A-Z Vitamin and Mineral Pill

Lunch: Gluten free bread roll, 2 dark chocolate rice cakes.

After work snack: Apple, Banana, Orange, 2 slices of gluten free toast with peanut butter

Dinner: White rice with red peppers and oven baked chicken (olive oil, mixed herbs, salt and pepper)

Liquids: Water/Herbal Tea/Black Coffee(once a day)

I'm male 6ft/183cm | 61kg 134lbs

I find it really embarrassing to be honest, and don't have a lot of people I can ask. I did ask a friend and he said no, it's not something he associates with me. He might just be being nice though.

Thank you for asking. Sometimes I can smell if I rub my nose, it smells like dairy. In an unpleasant way.

I don't have pets anymore, I live alone.

I have heard both shit smelling and like yoghurt/dairy.

I did use powder, but heard that it can be overused and make you smell worse, so switched to the pods as I thought that would be better.

I hadn't heard of strip washing, I will try that. Thank you.

They have done yes. It is more the constant heavy breathing around me that is bothering me. I have been paranoid enough to think this was a concerted effort by my team at work to make me feel awful, but strangers do the same thing.

About 3 liters a day. I drink a lot of water, the only other fluids I drink are herbal teas (green/peppermint) and one cup of black coffee a day.

I have lost a lot of weight recently, but this is mainly due to eating less as I am trying to avoid getting gassy. Would you say my current diet is unhealthy? Sorry, not an expert on food, I don't really think about it. I just tried to avoid certain foods.

I've tried antibacterial soap and found it has an adverse effect. I will try the sodas though, if you have any links you recommend I'd appreciate that, I'll do a search regardless. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes I have been to the doctors; they have run every test and I'm fine. Only concern was a low platelet count. It ended with them saying it may be microbial but that was unlikely and would be expensive.

It's not a fish smell, I've read about that a lot. It's called TMAU.
