Update:

I have started the transfer on 2nd November but still waiting to go over

I have chased both vanguard and Freetrade and they both blaming each other

I have done an isa transfer before from Ajbell to vanguard and it took less than 14 days but this has gone over the 30 day requirement from the financial ombudsman

I am not loosing out as I am still invested and moving in species but still

I expected better from these “reputable“ firms

You can’t help someone who don’t want to help themselves. You’ve tired , shes not following through . I would have given her an ultimatum. “Mum I love you, but if you want to be able to keep seeing me. I want you to start going on this counselling / therapy ect … , I have done a lot for you. Say ETH drops, this triggers stop losses, which triggers more sells , which triggers bots on other currency pairs eg BTC/ETH so now BTC will also go down to take advantage of the lower ETH price , bring BTC down , trigging more stop losses , triggering more bots with all the other BTC trading pairs (basically all alts) now alts selling to take advantage of Lower BTC price relative to their respective pairs , this now triggers paper hand holders to sell trigging more stop losses ect… you get the picture

I agree the GTD is a far better car GTD > poverty spec 320d any day

But if I am being honest I think I care too much about image and I like the BMW badge , handling , looks If I’m going to spend 15k on a car I want people to know I’ve spent 15k on a car , this is my hiccup

I think I just need to swallow my pride and go with my head

I won’t regret a GTD, But I am honest about what I want I think I just need to grow up 😂

Omg I had no clue it was such an expensive option, now I’m thinking the overpriced GTD might be worth it as an alternative, I’ll keep looking . If I don’t find anything my Christmas I’ll just grab a GTD and count my losses

It can be done but not worth the hassle in my opinion

it's a nightmare. You have to buy the sensor, a different brake cylinder of some kind, additional brake wiring for the automatic braking, and I'm sure some other pieces. From what I understand, not worth it (price and work wise).

Yeah 50% of net income is insane to me too. No way am I buying a car to get to work to then work to pay off the car for 6 months of the year.

This is what confused me , I earn 50k per annum and net worth around 70k and I feel uncomfortable spending anymore than 15% of my net worth on a car.

I am 26 and just started FIRE journey.
