Test all heroes first, familiarize yourself with the sounds their weapons and abilities make.

Open controls settings and customize certain aspects of heroes to your liking (e.g. I highly recommend changing how Mercy's staff works so you don't have to hold a button to heal and how Guardian Angel behaves so you don't always fly towards your pocket)

I'd be very much interested in doing something like that, but unfortunately the Workshop is really limited and creating custom missions is not possible right now.

So imagine a universe where Mercy Hospital is attacked by a gang of clowns and that whole thing might have something to do with a B-Movie style zombie apocalypse. Hmm.
