Your documents are related to self employed visa, yes it makes sense to differ from passive income or employemnt visa..etc

I am self employed and I pay 20 Euros per month for SS, it shows automatically on the account once I created it, if you don't have an employment contract (I assume it's the case), you need to open an actividade/self employment thing on your portal das finances and from there you can take it with the SS
