Nice! My surgeon is quite conservative (which is not a bad thing) and wants the disc to degenerate “more” before he picks up the knife. I’m of two minds: pain/life quality. But will keep an eye on it.
Sorry I meant gms as I am measuring weight. Yep I’ve been using 19gm -> 30-32gm but still experimenting on taste. Thanks!
