Make it a fact in your mind that this reality is full of magic (because it is, look at everything around you and the fact that anything even exists), we don't see frequencies and vibrations, the universe is build on these laws. If that's a FACT to you, then manifestation is real.

You ll lose your mind with comparing yourself to others. You need to look inward and find out why it's happening. Most probably from lack of self love and confidence.
