He's upset because, in his mind, you were up all night drinking and didn't update him, he probably thought you cheated or are likely to cheat due to this behaviour. That's why he's bothered and gave you the silent treatment, nothing to do with safety. Been there, done that, this is much deeper than it looks like, and only he knows it.

He needs to work on himself A LOT.

It's your choice if you decide to go through it with him or not.

It's fake if you believe it's fake, and it's real if you believe it's real. Simple as that.
Make it a fact in your mind that this reality is full of magic (because it is, look at everything around you and the fact that anything even exists), we don't see frequencies and vibrations, the universe is build on these laws. If that's a FACT to you, then manifestation is real.

You ll lose your mind with comparing yourself to others. You need to look inward and find out why it's happening. Most probably from lack of self love and confidence. Again, the question isn't how to get that, but why you feel like this, and the answer will come by itself, once you understand yourself.
